The Cross triathlon will include a 750m swim, 15km mountain bike ride and 6.5km trail run.
The Roches Beach Cross Triathlon is a national qualifying race for the Australian team competing at the World Cross Triathlon Championships at Almere, Netherlands in September 2020.
In addition to the cross tri , a dry version will be offered with an extra run leg replacing the swim and also a trail run using the final leg as its course. In 2020 there will also be the Xticer, incorporating a 400m swim, a 8 km MTB and a 4 km run. (course details to be published soon). The Roches Beach Cross Triathlon is open to the public to enter, with teams welcome.
